I am a sports writer and podcaster living in Miami and have written for The Ringer, Miami Herald and other publications. I also host the daily podcast “Locked On Heat” and “Locked On NBA” weekly.

Prior to moving back home to Florida, I was the Golden State Warriors beat writer for the Bay Area News Group and host of the daily “Locked On Warriors” podcast.

Before that, I covered the 2019 NBA Playoffs for Forbes and wrote for FanSided, where I covered the NBA for six years while also covering the Miami Heat for five seasons as editor of AllUCanHeat.com. In 2016, I joined the Locked On Podcast Network as a podcast host.

A member of the Professional Basketball Writers Association, I have covered the NBA Finals, playoffs, NBA All-Star Weekend, NBA Summer League, the NBA G League Showcase and other events. I was a finalist for a 2020 APSE award for best short feature for my piece, “Watching a Warriors game with Joe Lacob, super competitor.”

Born and raised in South Florida, I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my degree in journalism.
